NOTICE
BEWARE OF THESE CORPORATES!
Hexigon Horizon Limited
Committed to a Contract and breached the contract from the first procedure. Not long after, stayed committed to being silent, hence our company had no choice but to file a report with the FCA and Interpol over this criminal act.
My Note: An agreement was made and the transactional procedures were discussed prior. Upon submission to the banks and depositing the required deposits to receive a paper, the Provider decided to execute in a manner not compliant with ICC Laws as well as the agreed terms.

Please ensure terms and conditions are set in stone. When dealing with this company, you must be able to withstand non-compliance, non-activity at the right time, and make sure you make proper recordings of all negotiations and discussions as Sylvain Likiam tells lies just to make up for the incompetence in making right decisions at appropriate times.
Yes. If the director had acted responsibly and acted in accordance to the situation, the refund could have happened between his Provider and Hexigon. This could have restarted the previous arrangement, where we use our Provider to send.
As a director, professional misconduct of "Disappearing" and not responding to official texts made things go out of hand.
It was agreed that Seraphic would receive an SBLC from a Hong Kong Firm claiming that it could send SBLCs. After some discussion, it was almost firm that our company could use our own Providers to send. BUT the Director of the company mentioned he had a Provider that he trusted. So a decision was made that we would not collect fees at this point, that Hexigon can use the fees to pay for the instrument from their Provider instead.
I made it clear that receiving accounts do have costs to receive as well, but we were willing to bear it first until the bank instrument arrived, then we reimburse our costs from there.
Reported to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Interpol has been informed and an official report was made.
This was a difficult decision to make because from the start to the end, the misdeeds and all unrequired communications were violated by Hexigon Horizon Limited.

Business Finance & Leasing Limited
Committed to a Contract and breached deliberately by not adhering to the agreed procedures. Ian Berridge signed on a contract SBLC-100M-SIPL/023/BFLL.
My Note: It was a plan by the company to scam. They entered into a contract, sent an invoice, we paid, they disappeared and finally the above name resigned.

Mr John Brendan Sidney Davies is the controller of the Company. The person who entered into contract, collected monies and ghosted us is called Ian Berridge. Beware of this company and the operations. They WILL take your money and disappear!
No. They made the decision to defraud our company. We made a payment to their invoice and a few weeks later, the directors resigned.
Nothing basically. This company is not regulated by the FCA and pretended to be able to issue papers and collected €58,750 from our company. I believe many have fallen to this scheme.
Reported to the Financial Conduct Authority, the Interpol, FBI as well as the involved bank. But as a bank, they could not assist much as they have extremely strict rules to abide by.

Finnexo Investments Ltd
Committed to a Contract and breached deliberately by not adhering to the agreed procedures. Edward Duarte signed on a contract TUBDXXXXXXXXX5150.
My Note: Do not sign documents and agree to procedures if you're unable to deliver. Also, committing to a FCA regulated activity while not being registered with the FCA is just wrong.

Please be sure to speak to the owner of the Company and cross check as many times as humanly possible because the signatory might suddenly breach the contract and disappear on you.
Of course the answer is YES! But because of inexperience and the lack of knowledge and common sense, the company that arranged for this non-compliant, non-regulated, but doing regulated financial activities decided to ignore rectification emails and subsequent communications and decided to commit to the "Disappearing Act".
My Note: No corporate should act in such a manner as it is self-disrespect and unprofessional.
In Banking, without building an initial relationship with any Financial Institute, you cannot send messages and expect a reply.
In this case, two corporates have signed and committed. But the sending party decided to do something not agreed, not compliant, not adhering to contract terms and went thru a third party to communicate. This is professional misconduct.
Reporting to the Financial Conduct Authority of course. And many other actions that are in accordance to laws.
